History
The Sikh Religious Society of Arizona was established in November 1996, with the goal of creating a Gurdwara in Phoenix. A suitable location was purchased in 1999 at 1129 E Sheridan Stree, Phoenix, Arizona. The opening ceremony was held on January 21, 1999, with the installation of Guru Granth Sahib. The Gurdwara hosts regular services on Sundays and provides religious and Punjabi education through its Punjabi School. It also offers community services such as free langar for the needy and free health care clinics. The current Hazoori Ragi Jatha is headed by Bhai Tejinder Pal Singh Ji.

25th Anniversary of the opening of the gurdwara and Prakash Divas of Guru Gobind Singh Ji
Arizona Sikh Gurdwara is celebrating 25th Anniversary of the opening of the gurdwara. We are also celebration Prakash Divas of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Bhai Manjit Singh ji who performed kirtan for the first time ever at this Gurdwara 25 years ago, will start the Kirtan program followed by Bhai Gyan Singh Ji who was our latest jatha before our current Jatha of Bhai Tejinder Pal Singh Ji. Bhai Simranjit singh, Hazoori Ragi from Darbar Sahib Amritsar will also be joining the program.
